Collecting your Lift Passes & Equipment Hire
Lift Passes booked online can be collected at the Ticket Office.
Please look for the pre booked ticket windows.
Lift Passes booked at the same time as equipment hire can be collected at the Ski Hire Office with your hire.
Please have your order confirmation with QR code ready when you arrive. We offer wifi at Tea at the Shee but we ask that you are as prepared as possible to avoid delays or long queues.

Use of Glenshee Ltd Snowsports facilities.
- We reserve the right to close any or all of our lifts at any time, for any reason.
- Our facilities are used at the customer’s own risk. We accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damage unless arising as a direct result of our negligence.
- Your ticket must always be displayed. Ski Centre staff are instructed to carry out checks throughout the course of a skiing day and you may be required to show your ticket at any time.
- The ticket entitles the holder to use all available uplift and facilities subject to suitable snow conditions and individual ticket validity on the day displayed.
- The ticket is sold subject to your compliance with the FIS code of conduct which can be found here http://www.fis-ski.com.
- The ticket is not transferable and remains the property of Glenshee Ltd.
- Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in forfeiture of the ticket.
Complaints.

Cancellations and refunds.
- Tickets are non-refundable if adequate uplifts are open during the day of your visit. We should always have man mad snow for Beginners Runs (Dink Dink & Rope Tow) and 1 x Intermediate Run (Plastic) – see piste maps for more info on runs.
- Refunds will only be provided when Glenshee Ltd makes the decision to close all lifts and tows and thereby suspend activity, the customer will receive a proportion of the price paid as follows:
- Less than 2 hours use 50% refund.
- 2 hours or more of use no refund due.
- Closed for the Day – Full Refund or Credit to use another day during the season (not used will be lost)
- Refunds may take up to 14 days.
- Please note that all tickets are date specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable unless Glenshee Ltd makes the decision to close all lifts and tows and thereby suspend activity.
- Multi-day ticket refunds: We are unable to cancel individual days of multi day passes. If the customer wishes to cancel one or more days of a multi-day pass, the full booking must be cancelled and a new booking to be made by the customer. If we make the decision to close the mountain due to bad weather a refund for that day will be issued after the date of the last booked ticket.
- If we are open for Snowsports and you choose not to attend, no refund will be given.
- Please note that if Glenshee Ltd is evacuating the site, refunds will not be made while the evacuation is in progress. Tickets should be retained and returned to Glenshee Ltd within 7 days of the date the ticket was used, a refund will then be processed if applicable. No refund will be made if the ticket is not returned to Glenshee Ltd.
- The ticket office cannot refund tickets purchased online; these tickets will be refunded to the payment method used for purchasing and may take up to 14 days to show back.
Use of Facilities provided by Glenshee Ltd.
- Glenshee’s facilities are used at the ticket holder’s own risk. Glenshee Ltd accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage unless as a direct result of its negligence.
- All visitors taking part in winter Snowsports activity within the ski area boundary must be in possession of a valid ticket and must produce the ticket for inspection if requested to do so by a member of staff.
Equipment Rental.
“Equipment” is all items you take from the Equipment Hire at Glenshee Ski Centre, which Glenshee Ltd is renting to you for the agreed duration of the rental agreement and will include all parts and accessories accompanying it at the start of the rental.
The Equipment
- The Equipment must not be used by anyone other than the person it has been issued to.
- You undertake to use the Equipment in a responsible manner and in particular only for the purposes for which it is intended. The intended purposes are for on piste Snowsports only.
- The Equipment must be returned to our Equipment Hire at the end of the rental period.
- Late return of equipment will result in additional charges for each day after the return date. These charges will be in line with the applicable hire price list.
- Multi Day Hire - you are excepted to take the equipment away with you and return this at the end of the day of your rental, failure to return the equipment will result in the company charging you for its replacement.
Cancellation/Change of Date
Equipment hire is non-refundable and change of date must be emailed to bookings@ski-glenshee.co.uk 48hrs prior to your original date.
- If Glenshee Ltd has to close the Ski Centre for weather or other reasons out with our control Glenshee Ltd will change your hire to another mutually agreed date or if no other alternative date can be arranged, a refund will be issued.
- Glenshee Ltd will not be obliged to refund any hire once given out unless the Ski Centre closes. For Evacuation purposes if the Ski Centre has closed, refunds will not be issued on the day but will have to be claimed by you at a later time.
- If the Centre closes and you have been issued with the equipment for 2 hours or more, there will be no refund. If the Centre closes and you have been issued with the equipment for less than 2 hours at the time we close, you will be issued a 50% refund.
- Rental equipment will be checked by our staff on its return to Equipment Hire. If any damage has been incurred (beyond general fair wear and tear). You will be responsible for any repair or refurbishment costs arising out of any careless, reckless or negligent use of the equipment by you or any third party during the period of your hire, and these will be added to the cost of the rental.
End of Rental
- The end of the rental is defined by the return of the Equipment to the hire department – this should be during the displayed opening times.
- Late return of Equipment will result in additional charges for each day after the return date. These charges will be in line with the then current daily hire charges for the relevant Equipment at the time of rental.
- In winter, in exceptional circumstances (such as when the ski centre is inaccessible due to adverse weather conditions), equipment should be returned to a designated place which will be notified on our website.
In the Event of Confiscation, Theft or Accident
- In the event of theft or confiscation of the Equipment by any third party, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible.
- We will then be entitled to take all measures which we deem necessary to protect our rights. You will be liable for all damage, cost and/or expenses associated with the above measures and for any direct, indirect, consequential damages (such as loss) to the Equipment.
- In the event of theft of the Equipment, the rental agreement will be terminated as soon as we have received a copy of the theft declaration made by you to Police Scotland.
